Returns/Repairs

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We accept returns of any products within 14 days of shipping. Currently we are only able to offer exchanges or store credit for returns. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returning an item. If you opt for an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for international orders.

To inquire about a return or exchange, please fill out our contact form. We will reply within 24 hours with an RA number and instructions for mailing your item(s).

When shipping your return/exchange:

We recommend insuring the product you are sending for its full amount, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail. We also recommend double-boxing your item to ensure that it arrives in-tact; we are not responsible for any damages that may occur in transit.

REPAIRS:

We offer repairs on items within a year of purchase. Depending on the nature of your repair, the process may incur a small fee, which will be billed via PayPal. To inquire about repairs, fill out our contact form with "repair" in the subject line and a brief description of the issue.
