Shipping

All items that are in-stock ship within 1-5 business days. We keep a fair amount of inventory on hand, however some items are made-to-order and could take longer to ship. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to ship. If your item is a custom design, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping. 


You are welcome to inquire via our contact page to see if your item is in-stock, or for progress updates. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours of receiving your message.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, complete with confirmation tracking and insurance. For shipping upgrades, such as expedited shipping or alternate carriers, please get in touch via our contact page. Utilizing a different shipping method will incur a fee, which will be billed via PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, complete with confirmation tracking and insurance. We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments due to customs. Customs differs in every country, and can take up to 8 weeks for processing. To use an alternate shipping service, please inquire via our contact page. Utilizing a different service, like DHL, will incur a fee, which will be billed via PayPal.

LOST PACKAGES:

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to refund customers or replace goods for lost packages that are confirmed as delivered. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and secure.
